Chuck and the team at Bill's Ace Hardware in Martinez are top-notch! I had a dead car remote battery and stopped by for help. First time here, not nearly as big as home Depot but a lot less busy. Staff was very friendly and I was immediately able to find what I was looking for! The store has a very compact layout but it was easy to find what I was looking for.

The Customer Service here is capitalized because this store values their customers! I always feel welcome and the employees actually WANT to help you!
I've been to the Aces in walnut creek pleasant hill and I would rather drive further for better service. Both of those stores acted like they did not want me there at all.
I appreciate this store's employees for maintaining a positive interaction with customers over the past several years!

As long as I live in this area, I will continue to Go out of my way support this store!

Eric helped me find the right finely-threaded m3 screws and a few tools to custom mount a CPU cooler and get my computer running smoother than ever! Like the whole store, the hardware aisle(nuts and bolts) is comprehensive, but the people make it the place to go.

I was greeted at the door by a friendly employee. I was offered assistance by another employee. I was greeted by another employee and finally treated well by the employee at the register. They had what I wanted in a well-organized plumbing department. Also check prices on other items that I will be needing and to my surprise they were lower-priced then Home Depot or Lowe's for what I was looking for. Definitely recommend them
