We came in a large group and made appointments in advance. Even through the hustle and bustle every nail tech delivered.

Quick mentions:
they provide a receipt so that IF your nails break in two weeks you can come back for them to fix it free of charge.
Pay cash and they give you a stamp card.

I called last minute they said the price was $50 for acrylic, I ended up paying $70 so I didn't have enough to tip unfortunately. they took me in, i showed them a pic and they got it spot on. I think my nail tech was Tim he did an amazing job for a last minute thing!! I recommend getting your nails done here!
The nail techs here were very nice. I wish I could remember what the red color was because it is now my favorite color. They have ample amount of colors for you to choose from.
Overall I give this place 5 stars and will be going back.its very hard to find a nail salon I actually like.

This place is a joke! I had 2 grandmas working on my nails - a deluxe whatever gel pedicure package with wax and allegedly extra massage (5 min each foot of massage IF THAT) + gel nails - $113 + tip later this was an outrageously overpriced place I won’t be going back to. I My feet were just gently swiftly rubbed up and down and still require a lot of scrubbing, cuticles were not fully removed, smudged streaky application of gel. The whole experience just fell very short. Plus the salon is so cramped, felt like a sardine can with very strong polish odor - this is a hard no 👎🏻

The lady that did her nails was rough and kept pulling on her arm. She got tips on her nails and they did not paint down to edge so they looked grown out day one.
I had mani/pedi and 2 days later went back to show them the paint looked liked it was cracking..he said it was maybe the top coat and they could redo them the next day but I was going out of town so he said come back later.
I came back and was told they were too busy because they close at 5 even though website showed they close at 6.
I made appointment and went today and they were talking about me back and forth and then when one of the girls started painting my fingers she was telling me if I was unhappy I should come back right away? I DID come back as soon as I noticed the paint looked bad. Then I came back as soon as I was available to come back.

My nails looked BAD...they should not be annoyed with me it was on Them.
I will not go there again.

Kimberly did my gel nails and classic toe nails. Gel still looks amazing 2.5 weeks later. Not peeling at all. Even my toe nails aren't chipped 😆. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they did a really good replication. Would definitely recommend and will return soon!

I have been going to Lucky V for 8 years and over the last year their service has become unprofessional and sub mediocre at best. My last experience, when I took a friend with me, marked the last time I will go. My friend and I both had appointments booked ahead, the 2 people providing the pedicure were not helpful on color, they were disrespectful and demeaning, rushed us through like animals. My friend's appointment was for a Mani/Pedi but they left her sitting (after the Pedi) for 10 minutes without directing anyone to begin her Mani...after 15 min, we left. Nick, the owner was not there, so I don't know if that influenced the girls lack of customer service. In the past I paid their exorbitant prices because the service was good but NOT anymore. I was very disappointment after so many years of loyal patronage. Hopefully for other patron's sake they will read this and go back to being GOOD!

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this is my second time to this location and the first time I got a gel pedicure that lasted but this second time I went in I got a gel manicure . First I am Vietnamese and speak the language unfortunately when I walked in the first thing I heard was a lady a behind me insulting me about my weight and then smiling at me. I was very livid and talked to the owner about it and she did say something to this lady . So I continued with my service and the lady who did my nails was nice but it’s only been a day and my nails look horrible , my gel chipping , cuticles was barely cut. Just horrible service. Go somewhere else .

I came in with a picture of what I wanted. I wanted red instead of pink to celebrate the Luna New Year. Jenny nailed the design, shape and length. She checked in with me several times to make sure I was happy with the results. I love my nails and will be coming back.
