If you’re in need of a hair makeover, Joceline is amazing! She always gives you exactly what you want. Her balayages are BEAUTIFUL and she’s so good at blending/touching up/toning your hair if you’re ever in need of it. My hair has never looked better and I’ve never received so many compliments on my hair until I came to her. She also provides amazing customer service and is always willing to work with your wants/needs.

I've gone here a few times and gotten my haircut by Joceline. I definitely reccomend her. She really listens to exactly what I want and will make reccomendations but of course listens to her clients wants and hair goals.(never goes scissor happy) Very professional and also super sweet. Thanks so much Joceline. Also it's in a good location, plenty of parking and close to after appointment shopping.

I came here to get a gloss and haircut done by Criztal! She was AMAZING, and she took great care of me during the entire process! She was quick to walk me through how a gloss works, and also frequently ensured I was okay while the gloss settled in my scalp. The haircut in itself turned out beautiful as well! I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend going here!

I wish I could give zero stars for my review. I booked a haircut with Criztal at the end of September after she posted on Instagram that she would be taking $20 off the original price of her haircuts and including a free deep conditioning treatment. I’ve gotten my hair cut by Criztal three times in the past, so I trusted that I would be happy with this service. Before she started the haircut she asked me if I wanted what we normally do (a trim with long layers and face framing pieces). The last time I got my hair cut by Criztal we went a little shorter with my front pieces and took them to my chin. When she was cutting my hair I got a little nervous because it looked like she was cutting a lot, but I tried to stay calm and assumed that it was because of the layering. She stood in front of me to cut my face framing and when she pulled it forward my heart sank. She took very thick sections from the front of my hair and cut them to the middle of my cheekbone. The last time I got my hair cut by her we had an issue with one of my front pieces being a little longer than the other but I came back to get them evened out and it was no big deal. This time I felt like the front pieces were uneven again so I told her and she made the situation worse. There was a piece of hair that she cut very short by my ear and when I pointed it out to her she said “I mean I can cut it shorter if you want.” I was very unhappy with the front of my hair and about 2 inches was taken off my overall length when I just asked for a trim. When it came time to pay, I never received a discount or the deep conditioning treatment, and I still tipped. I came home and texted Criztal that I was unhappy with the haircut and asked if I could come back in to get it fixed. It took her two days before she finally responded. I expressed my frustration about the very thick sections of hair that were cut from the front and the fact that so much was taken off my length when I just asked for a trim. She said that she was trying to “debulk” my “heavy” side parting and felt that it was best if I didn’t come in for haircuts anymore (wasn’t planning on it). Be careful who you trust with your hair ladies. Be cautious if you have an off center part and you’re looking to get your hair cut by Criztal. This is going to take me MONTHS to grow out and I’ve been very insecure in the process.

Came here for the first time yesterday. Have had the same hairstylist for over 10 years and came to Criztal. First of all, I’m all about feeling comfortable and just relaxed and she made that happen. Such a relaxed friendly vibe as soon as you walk in. My scalp has been going through stuff and has made me very self-counscious and she addressed it so professionally. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed or scared to death but she did make me aware of the steps I should take. I got a trim and some added layers and I was very satisfied with the outcome! She listens and made sure I was ready for my event later that night. Can’t wait to see her back in a couple of months for my next cut!

So thankful I found this place! Joceline is so sweet and really listens to what you want! She takes pride in her work and really wants to make sure you are satisfied. She will always stop to ask if there’s anything else you would like to fix or change. This is my first time experiencing this type of service, I did not feel rushed at all! It was also a very peaceful experience, after a long day of work it was nice to have conversations but not feel the need to constantly converse. I will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Purpose! Everything in one cozy space. It's amazing how spacious it feels. Any service you could possibly imagine! Waxing, facials, permanent makeup, hair color, style, fat dissolve treatments and more! Everyone is SO NICE! It makes you feel like you're family! There is no reason to go anywhere else, they DO IT ALL!
