Great Coffee, Great Food, Great Service. We had not expected such a lovely place. The woman who owns it and the friend who runs it are both very friendly. They had lactose free breakfast options and even Gluten free options. They were so good we actually bought another whole quiche for the next morning. They made it just for us. Glad I found this cute little cafe. Came here two weeks ago and ordered the raspberry white chocolate scone, yum! Came back today and ordered the raspberry white chocolate scone, the GF chocolate peanut butter cupcake, and the frozen peach drink. All delicious! Will definitely come back every time I visit my mother in law 🙂

I took my partner and my two children to Dana California for a ceremony and on the way going through McLeod on highway 89 We stumbled into this little gem! I highly recommend this place to anyone in that area or if you're traveling through it's a must visit! The coffee is absolutely incredible and the pastries are beyond words. The owners and staff are a step above the best that w
e have experienced in our travels. If I could give this 10 stars I would! THE ESTABLISHMENT IS FOR SALE! IT WILL BE A ABSOLUTE WIN-WIN SITUATION FOR THE RIGHT INVESTOR!

Great little coffee shop with delicious specialty drinks including boba! And the pastries I've tried have been fantastic too! Locals gather outside to chatter; eavesdropping on them a little is fun too 😉 if you have a wait for your order you can browse the outdoorsy store through the doorway too!

One year later & still amazing. This is THE best coffeehouse with gluten-free choices to die for. A couple savory brunch choices & even good ole biscuits & gravy (not gluten free 🙃)

Even my husband, who is not gluten-free, loves the gluten free pastries … the very best I have found & on par with Lilac Patisserie in Santa Barbara. And here in cute little old McCloud!!!
We need the owner, Jules (& she is a jewel), in Southern California PLEASE!!!

MUST VISIT SPOT IF IN MCCLOUD!! 😌

I was in need of matcha, and this location carried it plus was on the way to the hiking trail. Perfect place to fuel a morning hike. At around 11:30AM there were about 7 other people who arrived after us.

Food review: I am literally blown away by the excellent quality of each item I ordered. Food is displayed at the front through a glass. Upon my inquiry of which roll to get, the staff member claimed they had the best caramel pecan rolls, and she was definitely correct!! The freshness and softness of the roll complimented the butteriness of the caramel and textures of the pecans. I enjoyed every bite 😀 I also ordered the veggie frittata and puffs. All were flavorful and nourishing.It is clear each food item is made with intention.

Drink review: Matcha flavor was perfect. Honey was delicious and pure quality, and not overpowering. Sweetness was probably a 65% level, which I prefer.

Parking: Limited. One spot in the front and the rest is street parking in a neighborhood.

Bathroom: Located in the shop next door. One bathroom for all genders with one toilet.

Food options: Coffee, pastries, frittatas. Vegetarian options available!

Seating: Indoor and outdoor options! Perfect place for going solo or with a small group!

Pet friendly: Yes, outdoors 😀 We ate outside with our dog under the canopy. There is a water bowl for dogs, and they were generous in replacing it with fresh water.

Staff: There were two people working the front. They greeted me with a smile upon entering. They kindly brought the food out when it was ready. I appreciate how they gave me recommendations for hiking spots when I asked.

Recommendation: Highly recommend!! I will be back my next visit 😀

Boba made fresh each morning. They even started experimenting with Thai tea when I’d requested it - was such a sweet surprise the next day when I went in. Fresh baked goods made throughout the day. Very friendly staff. Outdoor seating available.

Always a great stop in “the big woods” from my valley when I head to Ashland. Fill a thermos with latte, or have a seat in the cozy cafe. The sports supplies have everything you need, best quality merchandise. I’ve rented skis from these folks too. Very helpful and friendly!
