If you didn't tell me the food was healthy I would have no clue. Everything I've had so far is delicious. Service is phenomenal and preparing these could not be simpler. Not to forget the cost is nowhere near what I would have guessed. Will be buying from here for the foreseeable future for sure.

I still miss the meat station but Stu still knows what's up. The meals are very filling and taste amazing. I feel like they're fairly priced but your best bet is to get one of their already made list of meals. They have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert pre made so that you don't have to. Try them

You couldn't ask for a better place. They have good tasting quality food for a very reasonable price. Stu believes in taking care of people, he treats his employees great and looks out for their best interest. He knows the value of customer service and enjoys providing a healthy choice for a fair price. He also does a lot for the community. Best meal prep service provider there is, hands down!

Have ordered twice now. Food is great. Last order was picked up yesterday, got home and I am missing 12 meals. Unable to get ahold of anyone at the van Buren location to remedy the problem. Otherwise, wonderful food and convenient.

Update: they have fixed the problem and were very apologetic!
