Worst experience I’ve ever had in many years of getting my hair done. I would give 0 stars if possible that’s how truly bad it was.The owner (Stephanie) was very unprofessional and rude stating multiple times the reason my hair looked terrible wasn’t her salons fault but my hairs terrible quality stating my hair won’t hold color however as you see the fourth picture is 48 hours later from another knowledgeable stylist (that I also had to pay to correct this salons mistakes) without an issue so I guess it wasn’t my hair the proof is in the photos as my hair wouldn’t miraculously be “undamaged in 48hrs.” I came in with blonde coarse textured hair(fifth pic) and wanted the first picture pretty basic root touch up and chestnut brown all over color on my blonde however I pretty much paid to have my hair ruined and be insulted the whole time by the owner. Red flag #1 my stylist had to ask the owner how to do pretty much the whole job (honestly my stylist was kind so I overlooked this) Red flag #2 during my consultation (if you would call it that) the owner talked over me and picked what she wanted my stylist to do for my hair so I’m not quite sure what the point of the consultation was🤷🏼‍♀️ I spent 4 hours here and left with Ronald McDonald splotchy red hair I cried the whole way home my poor stylist knew my hair was terrible she even said she didn’t need a tip(I still left her $20 bc I was in shock and felt bad) The owner said my hair would fade and offered me a free toner at this point I didn’t realize how uneven and bad my hair truly was as it wasn’t the brightest in the salon however they let me walk out of the salon clearly unhappy.My hair faded in 24 hrs (last pic) when I wrote the owner explaining how upset I was I basically got gaslighted and talked down to again blaming my hair however once again refer to the picture 48 hrs later showing my hair indeed wasn’t the issue. My experienced hair stylist said the mistake they made was not filling my blonde as that is all she had to do to obtain my desired results shown. The owner told me to come in and she would strip my hair Red flag #3 she said my hair was soo damaged but offered to put bleach in it multiple times which makes no sense. I asked for a partial refund (I offered to pay for the product as they did waste some on me) but didn’t feel it was fair to pay for red uneven fading hair when that wasn’t what I asked for and now had to pay another stylist to obtain the exact thing I asked them for that they couldn’t do. The owner refused once again blaming my hair no accountability was taken. The owner says she has a 7 day guarantee but who would come back after you degrade them and ruin their hair. I see many other reviews that had the same experience and wish I would’ve read them before going here. STEER CLEAR don’t make the same mistake I did !

I had the best experience. I had my hair done by stormee. She is the sweetest person. I told her about my bad experience before and haven’t been able to find a hairstylist I trust. She talked me through every step and explained why she was doing it. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and walked out exactly like it! I love it! Definitely found my new hairstylist after 10 years in Colorado!

Stormee did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair! This was her first “big girl” haircut and Stormee was incredibly kind, informative, and sweet to my daughter. I can’t wait wait to go back for Stormee to do my hair 🙂

Hailey did a fantastic job! She listened, asked some questions for clarification, and then cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I had never been to her before, but now I will continue to use her! The location is convenient for me, and the prices are very reasonable! I would highly recommend her!

The Color Studio in Peyton exceeded our expectations. We had an important event coming up, and on Tuesday, we walked in without an appointment. The staff was professional and incredibly sweet. They accommodated three of us for hair services. The next day, on Wednesday, we needed a last-minute haircut for one more person. A quick call confirmed they had a spot available, and they seamlessly fit us into their schedule. Their friendly demeanor and attention to making us feel comfortable left a lasting impression. We’ll definitely be returning!

My regular stylist cancelled on me for the SECOND time right when I needed a fresh look before the weekend, so I reached out to The Color Studio after a friend recommended Hailey. Even though Hailey didn’t have any openings that day, she went above and beyond by asking Stormee if she would come in for me.

I was pretty nervous about trying someone new for my blonde balayage—especially after my last experience left my hair looking super brassy. I hadn’t had my hair done since October, so I was anxious about the results. But after showing Stormee my inspiration photo, I was blown away by how she transformed my look in just one session. I’d been with my stylist for three years and never got this level of transformation—Stormee nailed it in one go!

Now, I’m all in. Stormee is the real deal when it comes to blonde balayage. She’s talented, knows her stuff, and makes you feel at ease. I’m never going back to my old stylist. If you’re thinking about a change or just need someone who actually specializes in blonde, definitely go see her and mention that Catherine sent you—you won’t be disappointed!
