Today a friend and I stopped to see one of your residents… while there my friend had an “event” and was not responding. I so appreciate each and everyone who called 911, brought a pillow for her head and waited with me til she was conscious again and the ambulance came Thankyou all so very much!
My friends family is with her now and they are doing all kinds of tests yet to see what the problem is.

Took Mom lunch yesterday and WV staff was amazing once again! The conference room was reserved and our family was able to enjoy a meal with Mom uninterrupted. Thanks again for everything you do for her and for making her stay positive and welcoming for all.

The check-in process was made very easy by the very helpful and friendly receptionist! The facility is very clean and well maintained. My uncle has been living here for three years and is happy with his accommodations!! I can rest assured that he is being well taken care of! I can’t wait to visit him again next time I am in town! 😀

Receptionist was extra helpful directing me to my loved ones room, the staff is so caring and helpful. Time for lunch? Yes, the staff comes to assist and off to the cafeteria they go. The visit went well.

I loved the birds out front - so welcoming. And the Halloween Skelton that was dressed up … I love that the kitchen not only feeds the staff for free, but that they can have all they need. That is so loving.
